The way I read the report was that they ramped up the plant to 70% of nameplate capacity and then discovered these problems which means they had to wind down production. It ties in with KML's dispute with the contractor. So it seems they won't be producing anywhere near nameplate production until the tailings circuit is modified, which won't happen until mid to late June at the earliest.

The bad news is that it's going to be a terrible quarter for cash flow, the good news is that they have the polishing circuit working up to 65% Fe, and that they should be able to hit nameplate capacity sometime in July.
