This is great news. As they optimise operations and reduce costs further GBG are getting closer to being profitable finally.
If C1 costs are 48US per tonne, all in cash costs must be between 63-68 per tonne. I don't agree with 80 per tonne some are throwing around. Since they sell a premium ore and considering the Aussie dollar they must be now getting close. They definitely need to reduce costs further and get serious about saving $s and efficiencies. There is no excuse. With all Aussie mines reducing all in costs significantly over the last 12 months GBG need to start to cut costs significantly.
Come on management get your act together and be more transparent for shareholders. No one wants a guessing game here.
