The board and share structure are solid. The disruptions in Serbia to the original exploration plans sent the share price from .90 to .15 or so at one point. In the meantime they have expanded into Canada into prime locations. Initial sampling results like 6.8% rock chips are a good start.
Investors are cautious and the only thing that is going to move it substantially are drill results that have as good a chance of the others mentioned IMO.
