Without doubt, Hawkes have not had such a smooth ride since their sell down in CMM. redface.png

CMM is indeed showing its quality. When I started taking a position in CMM, I was trying to not repeat the mistakes I have made in the past. Like refusing to buy GOR because I viewed it as fully valued. CMM is IMHO, actually even better than GOR yet its still trading below GORs E/V.
My simplistic view would be that it would at the least emulate GOR, so... perhaps another 20-25% appreciation in share price (so.. $3 approx).
This was before they purchased the new project (GOR does not currently have any clear path for future growth).

That being said, I am still a little surprised at how quickly the share price is now moving. There will be pull backs, but... GOR has shown that once production is bedded down, it will likely find a higher 'base' price.

Personally, my main challenge now is to not sell down any of my position, even though there are many other stocks that trade at multiples less than CMM. No need to sell, at least not until it outperforms GOR (as above), then I will start taking profits (but keep a core holding). Won't be long before CMM becomes debt free and then a dividend payer.
