Essentially KAR is paying $15.5 m for the 35 % stake.
First million barrel of oil will be produced in 2020 at the earliest or never be produced.
Too many ifs here, first, they need to find a dumb investor and also wait for the oil to recover above $55 for the development to go ahead.
Bob is leading KAR to dead end street with no return, the management will sit on their hands for many years to come, the pension pot is huge but it is no good for other investments.
