wouldn't you want delays if the discovery is clearly uneconomic at current prices and probably prices way north of here?
Clearly every oil company active in Brazil knew that RUB were in bankruptcy and their assets were for sale. That KAR were top bidder with a $15.5m cash bid is instructive as to what others think it is worth!
Best chance of making money out of KAR is to be called hosking.
