Good call Cujo........Black Swan you are such a moaner why dont you just sell and p*** off. Its amazing the crap that gets talked on here about the buy back. $92M is not the amount allocated to the buy back. Its the cost of the buyback if the full 10% were bought at the price at announcement. KAR will only buy back the full 10% if it makes capital management sense. They might buy less than the 10% and it may cost more or less than $92m depending on the average price.
