I think kar is being conservative and I expect grace to find something. Kontiki did hit sands. Cop did retain 10% option. We do have more data for grace. And most importantly, the board knows that a gamble at this stage would be frowned upon.
There is also the case of elvie.
I think their internal estimate would be higher and they(as you say black) wanted more cash for lower % farm down.
