The rest of what you say i accept... but again if you are a buyer of a product or seller of same you tend to have two distinct differences in the price depend which side of the table your on?
Your points re past negotiations by KAR are fair too. I still rather fancy the odds( dollars offered) were not attractive enough to KAR
Looks like we will simply enjoy another day of nothing by way of SP
