Farm in details are not ours. They are COP and Petrochina. COP has not even released it to their own investors. It is more an asset swap. You have to appreciate the strategic value of what they got in China in exchange to really understand the deal. It is only positive for our asset.
Typically these deals take time, and big ugly oilers run to their own timetable, not ours.
I'll cop the cap raise, better to have more cash because as time goes by you dont want to be screwed by big oil anymore than you have to be. Look at FAR's deal with COP . They will end up with 15% , here we are 6 years later still sitting on 40% .
