    Valve missing most likely theft.......there are several thousand artisanal miners within a 60km radius of Karouni and during the shut down a few things may have gone missing. Definitely the fine is in GYD, just as you expect Australian Gov. Agencies to report in AUD, local agencies in Guyana always report in GYD.
