Look, to put it simply
when a company does a share split, that is a sign of success
when a a company does a share consolidation, that is a sign a failure
as hottin would say, I will eat my shoes
If the share price does not drift down after consolidation
not far to fall when the share price is $0.009 pre consolidation
but at $0.09 post consolidation, there is much more room to fall
