What's the big deal?? We now have 5 mill and until the start of 2021 to do a deal. The Russian doesnt have the 48% until after this date. Plenty of time to move and the Kasbah be rocking again soon.
What this means is that KAS management have leverage with financiers.
What sort of terms do you think a fianacer offers when they are dealing with a company with zero cash balance?? Every kind of oppourtunistic offer has probably just rocked over to the KASBAH by way of predatory cashed up mid tier miners with a leash around their necks from some jaded manager caught up in the ridiculous boom of 10 years ago.
It's time to move on.
Who wants some on the Kasbah? We may have to wait because mining companies will have to see prices rise before they get serious about making money.
Awful mkt but we have two years to move and shake. KAS management should look to reduce all overheads. Pay yourselves shares, make a deal in a years time, make yourself a small fortune.
