Haha... no worries. I saw you coming a mile off. No matter how I answered wasn't going to be good enough, just an excuse to knock my opinion if not my motives. Thought the 'peer sale comparison' was a reasonable alternative to thumb suck percentage of in ground resource methodology. With four projects sold/funded at ~A$125M the "broad range' of my valuation was self explanatory I thought. Your investment bank's resource method takes no account of grade, margin, profitability, NPV or market pricing but whatever makes you comfortable.
Couldn't be clearer about doing my DD before getting off the fence, that it's still not good enough says a lot about where you are coming from. Sound so much like other knockers I've run across, hope you stay around for the discussion.
