Broadly agree with what others have said. SVM are too small to run / finance this type of project. So the deal with RIO means there's only Plan A - that RIO at some point take ownership, and it snuffs out any competition there might have been for control of the resource. Problem for us was that RIO were able to get in cheap and without paying a premium for the quality of the resource. Hard to see what news would move the SP for the next couple of years (don't see any reason that RIO would need to rush it now), so need to come in / hold with the patience for a long play.
