I would say CLZ's balance sheet is not looking good at all, too many LOANS due, too much INFRASTRUCTURE to develop, too much DEBT, too little interest by the MARKET as their Story has not instilled much confidence into the MARKET.
It will be interesting to see if they can raise capital with such a bad MARKET SENTIMENT.
Otherwise they may not last until the end of the year IMO.
