IMO
Going by their past history all they will ever do IF they ever get to producing is paying themselves and associates first.
If there is anything left maybe some debt may be paid down which is likely to be between $20-30M soon.
So what are the chances of getting any dividend or return to shareholders soon?
You would need a change in SP to 30-45X to get back what YOU invested...
