Nah mate - the company have to indicate whether the ann is sensitive or not - but true - asx dont have to agree. So I phoned the ASX. They said the company did not indicate it was market sensitive. So I called the company - no answer. Its 9.20am there so they are all still in bed. Hopeless. That said looks like the market has taken note anyway - but they have lost a lot of firepower. Pathetic.
