The last line where Dean says " he can feel this plant coming to life very soon" is just laughable, and should not even be allowed in a company report.

I don't think you can report on feelings or hunches??
shareholders require dates and times, not premonitions..

is it possible he was just doing some gardening in the new shed and had planted some seeds?
