LDA has subscribed for over half a billion shares, that's twice the number of shares prior to the 150-to-one consolidation of about a year ago. So the company has 3 times the amount of shares that existed prior to consolidation. There were around 35 billion shares just before consolidation. So there are way over 120 billion share equivalent shares now. I do not profess to be accurate here, I mean how many grains of sand are there on all the beaches in the world? How many stars or planets are in the universe? Where is LDA's substantial interest notice, or do they just sell on the market whenever they can? Please someone enlighten me, I been buying specs for 40 years & i have never seen anything like this. Does anyone understand how this outfit works . ? It is fairly obvious to me that this has been back-door privatized
