For many years this has been a family controlled business . Just do a little research & this will be fairly quickly established. Before sinking any more in here , i would want to know the precise relationship LDA has with the company . Is LDA providing money to them , if they get shares at a 20 per cent discount , to that which you can buy or sell shares for .If this were to be true , isn't the company facilitating a private capital providor to make money out of CLZ shareholders
