"Hostile takeover"......now that would have to be the funniest post Ive seen on the CLZ forum!
A takeover involves someone buying outstanding shares, and that is certainly not going to happen. Whoever eventually gains control of this company will not have to put up another cent. If the present business model no longer works then an alternative business model might be found where the assets of the company will be stripped bare...a shell company is not worth much....
