In my opinion: For the following reasons, this is a very low-grade investment.

1. The company has already announced that they do not propose producing gold till November next year (November 2023)- that's another year we have to wait. There are way better places to put money during the next year .

2. The company has a track record of sacrificing its shareholders financially to preserve the company. The massive dilution of its original shareholders is a bitter testament to that. Incidentally, there are many shareholders that have posted here invested between $20,000 & $100,000. These initial investments are now worth a very small fraction of their initial worth. The company's complete lack of credibility makes for a dangerous investment and making it a purely highly speculative investment. Witness the 150-to-one consolidation & the off-market convertible note issue.

3. The company has not provided sufficient ongoing information in regard to all the proposals they have spoken of. Specifically The status of the Gekko, Toll treating - with who & when, and the status of the Gold Valley possible investment.- the status of the due- diligence by Gold Valley.
. Before throwing any more of my money down the big black hole, I would want assurance from the company that there will not be more capital at a significant discount to existing holders. What are the present financial holdings & receipts for the next 12 months? Seeing the company has not announced any definite income for the following 12 months - where are they going to get all the monies required to go into production? At this time it looks like the money is coming from shareholders.

What is the status of the company debts & is it proposed that any more of those be converted to equity? Does the company intend to continue to expand the share capital base for the second time & to pursue the Convertable Note/consolidation strategy again? thereby targeting shareholder value destruction as their primary modus of survival.
