“Knocks on the door” & “inbound interest from Chinese producers” will be as far as China gets. Avoiding Chinese relationships is part of the strategy and ties in with the IRS and U.S. Offtake Partners. Value optimisation is what Tony Ottaviano is all about. The fact that they know this yet are still persistent shows just how desperate they are for our product.
