That's just common sense and will be noted in the terms of the loan, like any loan, like a mortgage. The idea to borrow is to repay, if you can't repay don't borrow. The lenders carry that risk and have done their DD and fixed an interest rate to this risk. Hypotheticals are just that. If you think they can't service the debt don't invest...simples.
