Before the equity raising, Tim and LTR directors held around 21% of the company. She cannot acquire the company fully without getting to 90% and she can’t buy anymore shares past 19.9% without putting in a formal bid.

LTR is now fully funded to production with a $300m+ buffer, if the share price gets to $1.80 or lower it will be the last time you will be able to buy this low.

Falling lithium prices? Doesn’t matter, the lithium price used when calculating the projects initial NPV was miles lower than it is currently. If you’ve travelled to Europe recently you will see just how popular electric vehicles are, they are everywhere and they are the future. Australia is lagging but that doesn’t matter as we make up F ALL of the EV market. Demand will continue, don’t beleive the being spewed, just look at PLS who are bringing in a billion dollars every quarter.

Money will be pouring in to get hold of LTR shares, don’t miss out and don’t be fooled by the down-rampers.
