Well said, first time I’ve read the truth about what’s going on with the ASX, “shorters are shorting nearly every single stock on the ASX” and only because they can play on an unlevel playing field and nothing ever changes or gets done about regulating the manipulating use of bots/ algos. Good for them but how much gets hidden within the companies tax strategies when if companies were able to trade on their merits and retail were able to make some dollars I’m sure the ATO would be recovering a hell of a lot more than they are at the moment and be able to fund more important things like the broken hospital systems. A lot of retail will probably have cap losses that will cover them for years to come and the government haven’t got the nous to realise this forward looking guidance. Same as everything these days ,great on computers but can’t see the birdshit until it’s already hit them in the face
