Completely different situation, the CR was to buy Altura mining and Australian Super provided the funding at 36c. Retail investors were offered the same deal on I think a 1:7 basis. It was a no brainer because by the time the CR was ready, the SP was around a dollar but the company honored the deal.
LTR CR is to complete the mine. There are risks and the company carries a large debt at a time when the Li price is dropping and a surplus of Lithium expected for the next two years. The only comparison is that in both cases the Lithium prices were dropping and both companies have debt. The large debt that Altura carried at 15% interest rates and the dropping Li price finished them off and PLS picked them up for chicken feed. Gina maybe waiting in the background for her PLS opportunity.
