Have you looked to see what underground ore mining operations are nearby … do they have records of issues and problems obtaining their ore? Have you considered the ESG benefits for targeted underground mining of ore versus need for extensive overburden removal of open pit - and then considered the likehood of a premium of product sale price accordingly. Each to own of course and well done for locking in some profit when you chose to do so.
