The ASX's "Creep rule" https://content.allens.com.au/the-allens-handbook-on-takeovers-in-australia/exceptions-to-the-rule/ could be a large factor, particularly if Gina wants to play the long game, she can take out 3% every 6 months, which will give her a much stronger position to take control/influence the board etc. Won't be able to buy another 3% on market until April next year though. LTR will be around for a long time and undersupply may only kick in 2026+ so plenty of time for her to pick up another 6-12%..
