I don't think Gina can unless she makes a knockout bid above $3. But I guess it's possible for someone else to gain control of the company with Gina's help now. Imagine if Chris Ellison starting building at stake on market and then lobbying a cheap takeover offer for all our shares and Gina selling her stake into the offer, giving Ellison significant voting power. I think this is reverse of what they did with Warrego. I think it's unlikely but I will become more concerned if I see a significant shareholder anouncement come from any company associated with Ellison. To be able to takeover the company they would have to gain control of the BoD then dilute TG's shares to a level he was no longer effective. I think this is very unlikely, but occasionally I like to let my imagination run wild. I would be happy for someone to clear my head and tell me this is not possible. You would hope ALB would come back anyhow and prevent this from happening.
I would like to see ALB grow some courage now and build a 19.9% stake in LTR, thus blocking Gina(even though I know TG can current block) and forcing her to the table with any of her plans.
