How will she get to 51% without making a to bid? Unless she creeps her way there but then the share price will be way way north of where we are now anyway and we will all know about it. And what will she do with the company then? Tank it? Why would you bite the hand that feeds you. At 20% she will be earning bucket loads from LTR. She doesn't own every company she lodd shares in.
