why would anyone wait for the takeover offer to go through.
The offer was $3 and it hovered around $3 for the best part of a month. The BOD were willing to accept the offer. So that means it was never going to be more than $3.
Take the $3 just in case it falls through!!!!!!
I really don’t get why holders did not sell.
Anyway it is what it is……….
