She probably didn’t want a seat on the board this moment in time so thst she could drive a hard bargain with the recent Cr. Rumor has it that she was playing very hard ball on the cr raising as LTR wanted to raise around $2.20 but ended up raising at $1.85, as no doubt gina wanted to help out the shorters to cover as cheap as possible since the shorters helped her to accumulate her stake of 19.9%. I now think GR will lend her shares out to the shorters to drive the share price down over the next 4 months, then GR is going to pounce with a very low ball offer, not a very great scenario for us LTHs! GR doesn’t give a damn about shareholders as long as she gets what she wants! I wouldn’t be surprised if Min Res is also accumulating at these cheap prices, and then GR / Min Res does a joint bid! You got to remember that GR and Chris Ellison are good mates and they are shrewd as they come!
I am hoping TG and the board has an ace card up their sleeves to ensure GR/Min Res does not screw LTR shareholders over!
