Only 20m shares sold and that's nothing in comparison to issues shares which is over 1.5b. That means some traders who accumulated are selling out the shares they bought as they knew this MRE anns was coming. So this type of selling is nothing and pretty ordinary. Actually it's a great buying opportunity as th project is derisked again by this anns.
