you said about JV or takeover, I say maybe, but would it happen this quarter? no matter what they still need cash to continue to run the company, I only use the March quarterly to work out their cash position at the end of this quarter and think CR is possible and I said this months ago, so unless the company can show us the money otherwise it's not impossible to CR, imo.
