I thought that in this instance, it is the Record date which identifies the entitlement to the offer ?
As "Under the Offer, eligible shareholders may subscribe for 1.2 new ordinary shares for every 1 existing share held as at 7.00pm (NZDT) (5.00pm (AEDT)) on the Record Date of Friday, 3 April 2020, at an application price of NZ$0.50 per new share (or A$0.49 per new share).
