My thoughts are that people are holding off the figure out how GTE will go about raising funds.
It's no secret we need more money soon, the question is how do we get it. Investors will probably want to see this to determine the best method of investment.
People could also just be sceptical that TKS will confirm the SSL sometime within the next 40 years...
Either way I am not fussed. Have been in for 2 years now and will hold for a while to come I think. Too much on the horizon.
