Yes what a great presentation as some of us have posted in the past, James again states:

they are trying to get in front of investors and it’s slowly happening but investor behaviour is slower than media - that’s slowly changing - we knew we are not on the radar yet

we are in the sweet spot as pi3k products take off and only GDC0084 crosses the blood brain barrier

the previous Genentech trial was on late stage patients and the new one isn’t it should perform extra well

our data in a week is going to be very exciting

the opportunity to fast track GDC084 cannot be over stated due to the short life expectancy of 9 months for kids with dipg

expecting signs from the study to be available in early 2019 in the new year - again reasons to be very excited - thank you st Jude’s

we are in his words ‘late in the game’ and have data coming through now after the recent years of setting it all up

we have our formal chemical name to take the drug through to registration Paxalisib this name will be used from 1st jan in comms on the program

2 presentations at SNO in a weeks time - ongoing ph2 clinical study on glioblastoma - really important efficacy data! - and also ph1 Advanced glioma as an oral presentation which is highly sort after not many get and this shows how interesting this all is

rich flow of new data from both programs in the new year and over the next 6 months

enough opex money to get over 3 to 4 key data readouts next year approx 9 months - I was bang on the nail there

5 good quality investor funds on register now

its not a given they will need to raise money there’s a very good chance they will partner with the coming readouts to provide funds

they have been very good at recruiting others to pay for trials with Paxalisib so far and they do hope to partner - just as per the plan! Thanks James
