Adding my perspective for the recent executive changes. Pure speculation but since the decline in the share price and the questionable decisions by the board and mgmt to raise money at the market likely created pressure from large institutional holders for changes. Also, my recent experience in following this message board there has been more and more discussions by all of us focused on the need for senior mgmt changes. Nowadays with online information I would not be surprised even institutional holders and others do read message boards along with mgmt.

My opinion only but the board and mgmt have not executed well.

Both board and mgmt have no influence on the success of the trials as they are all being run by independent third parties and that is what you want for transparency and credibility. But both board and mgmt have failed on executing good regular reporting agreements with these 3rd parties on progress to date and the strategy for capital funding and raising as couple of examples.
