I suspect there will be up to 90 days Ross will be restricted. If inside the 90 days there are announcements that 'wash' the non-public knowledge he could trade again.
Announce what dose escalation cohort they are at for evt801 and get the DIPG data and a path to NDA out. Then, as there is no one left to actually execute on filing an NDA, accept first offer over $1.50-2 , valuation of $350-$500 mil. Who would seriously ever back a co that had so few employees and no one with any experience in filing an NDA.
