At this point the arbit is good. That is its trading higher on the Daq than here so it would seem like holding through may be wise. As for long term then if the motivation to move is to more easily raise capital that doesn't sound like they have any offers or are about to make a profit. It seems to me like they want to avoid a spill at the next AGM. The last one did not go well this one would be worse. To me the timing screams it.
As for how? you don't usually need a broker as such many registers will be happy to sell them for you. I do have and international account and it will be a pain to transfer across if the arbit was the other way then selling and buying might be a better way.
The other thing is they will have to consolidate if they want to stay on the Daq given they are tading under $1.
