So one of these is a trust it must pay income as distribution a solid 10% and is buying back units and is trading at a discount to NAV and is not a compnay so it can't go bust the underlying assets belong to the benficiary and spread its risk and has consistently performed above market for the the long term and already has billions of dollars under management. The other is a company and has one core business employee that has not returned one cent to investors and continues to reduce value by dilution and doesn't even have it own product.
But really simply one is a rich mans product and one is a lottery ticket.
