As a long term holder in both of the companies in question I am keen to see both companies do well. But.... I would gently advise anyone looking for demons under the bed.... or worse still.... anyone pumping the idea that somehow the intellectual property of the other company is somehow up for grabs....to do the following.

By all means read all of the past clippings that Pb has so diligently sought out and presented here in numerous and lentghy posts... along with a variety of theories and interpretation about what they all might mean in aggregate. That is called due diligence and it’s something that everyone who invests in a company ought to do.

But if you are REALLY genuinely interested in what that other company is doing..... and you of course have been actually talking about Noxopharm all this time.... then I strongly recommend that you take the opportunity tomorrow to listen to the latest presentation from the company that has just concluded live from their AGM in Sydney.

1. You will get a very good perspective of where the technology sprung from and where it will be going over the near and medium turn. And....

2. Listen to the Question and Answer session at the end of the detailed presentation.

The very first question to the CEO Dr Kelly is precisely about the statement that was put out a few days ago by our company now named Kazia and the assertions that the two companies lawyers are in conversation over the subject of intellectual property ownership.

The answer from Dr Kelly is succinct and enlightening.

Along with the presentation content.... and the Q&A at the end, it should give anyone who has interest in any of the topics that have been raised on this board a very thorough background view into what is the current situation and where the future lies for Noxopharm.

I own and follow both companies and I want to see them BOTH do very well. a number of people here will be in the same position as I am and Own both stocks. Those who have holdings in only one might just want to look again at whether they might have a built in bias.... on either side.

Yes, I do, but Noxopharam has edited out the relevant Q&A that followed on the issue of the KZA ann that you stated we could hear.
