Getting back to the IP issue - when you read back to the 12th November 2015 in the Chairman's address (Ian Phillips):

I think it was harvett again who alerted us (much later) that a patent was applied for by Dr Kelly on the 28th of July 2015 titled Improvement of potency of anti-cancer drugs - this has since lapsed.

Why does it appear the market was informed on July 22 and 4 months later on the 12th of November something which doesn't appear correct? Before harvett posted anything about these patent applications - I don't recall anyone posting or mentioning them and it appears that even the board was still oblivious 4 months later.
