great to see the wheels are turning and as James previously has stated we will recruit and trial until we have the data required for FDA approval and that may not need the full allocation of patients as initially allotted/suggested and it may not need the full allocation of funds we have set aside.

it will take what it takes but management will keep an eye expenditures as they always have in all our partnerships.

some do argue timings for raises etc are not perfect and it’s fair to argue that point and it’s clear management is cautious as they should be... and they are also most excellent at stretching every dollar once it’s in the coffers so I have no doubt we will get full value here

well done James and team bringing us to the actual beginning of the pivotal study - a trial to obtain clinical data for FDA approval and commercialisation of Paxalisib for our first condition - GBM

With just a little luck it might be the poor suffers who are diagnosed with GBM today and through this year may well be some of the last to only have the existing 20 year old therapy as a choice - a choice that works in only one third of patients as we know.

we prolong life by 60+% over Telozolomide and in twice the number of patients at around 65% of suffers - so the sooner the commercialisation the better for all patients of this horrible disease

it great to talk in percentages and benefits that’s how we do this work as a community but all these people have names and families and lives... many of us know some of these names.
