The financial reports are there for any potential investors to analyse
That is the purpose of HC to help ones own fellow investor and their hard earned
Analysing financial reports is not scare mongering - ignoring the financials for past 2 years is imo scare mongering newbies or potential investors into FOMO
As per last 2 Auditors reports
Auditors report 29th August 2017 - indicated as you have posted - material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on groups ability to continue as a going concern
Auditors report from 31/12/18 annual report - material uncertainty exists that may cause significant doubt on group ability to continue as a going concern
IMO
A CR will take place as always occurs with biotechs - but the terms and price will be an important factor for retail holders
This time around they have clearly indicated the level of funds necessary for 2020 for GDC0084 and Cantrixil
The price is 35c for a reason or reasons
