Prof. Gunning is a current member of the company’s Scientific Advisory board. He should be “motivated” to do his duty otherwise why have him as a board member? Sadly we have to resort to giving away potentially valuable assets to get “Prof. Gunning ... motivated again”. Lack of motivation ... it seems to me that’s what driving the company at the moment! The low share price ... are we positioning the company to be given away as well?
