I think you are right. Raising 1M per month to stay ahead of the quarterly disclosure rules is not going to be easy on these volumes its going to drive more than a few percent. The thought I have is maybe Bells can't find the insitutional support given the general value cycle. That would make this move a last resort and that could be catastropic in this climate.

They told me 70% of trade volume is on the NAS so maybe its a confident move but if JG is confident he sure doesn't show it and one would think a little overt confidence would be beneficial at this time.
