NOX was always going to struggle with its IP gaining granted status. It even states so in its own prospectus. With it last round of ISA opinions finding only one claim in 127 as novel. That point was well and truly acknowledge with even the CEO stating in a blog that a granted application may not happen even after the need to start commericalation. Let me translate that last point for......bloody years away.

Now what JG did was simply make money from NOX own shortcomings. Money out of thin air that cost us nothing, but cost NOX 5% of their company. "Sold of the family silver"......laughable!!! They did not even own idronoxil at all....MEIP did and even that has lapsed. You need to ask yourself what is they actually gave NOX, and then you realise how stupid your post is. The sold of nothing.
